Autumn.

Darkest, coldest and sleepless. Autumn has come to Norway really quickly, coloring all the trees by the street you walk to work and university. It become really colorful, but also the autumn depression has come by.

It’s by no mean a bad thing, it happens sometimes. When you try to look for sun, but the sky is always grey. When the days are shorter, so you need more coffee to survive through afternoon. Shit happens.

The thing that is actually helping me go through those grey days is running. Not really long, not maraton-ish, just simple 30-minutes around the city. I know all people say it, but it creates a lot of endorphins. If you want to know what I mean, just play a song: The Pointer Sisters – I’m so excited. This is the way my brain feels after each run. Amazing!

Anyway. Autumn always passes away really quickly, like the dark days. You blink once, and there is the winter. And Christmas. If you’re not excited, you should be!

And here’s my view for a window. It’s really nice, isn’t it?

Hope you all have a nice autumn.
