So today I have two quite big reasons to celebrate (read: drink definitely non-alcoholic liquids): it’s exactly one year since I’m in Norway and this post is the 100th.
I have written hundredth of posts and I have no idea how the hell did I achieve that, and living one year here is also quite unbelievable for me.
My plan originally was to just go for Erasmus. They said to me that there’s an opportunity to go to Norway for one semester to study and I thought: hell yeah, I will do it. I got the information the same day as the deadline for handing in documents, so it was quite a risky move, to be honest. And didn’t have much time to think this through.
It cost me many hours and days of studying and fixing papers but I finally got there, on the 10th of August 2017. And oh lord, If I went back in time I would do the same, ten, twenty times. I would even extend my Erasmus longer if it was possible, but it isn’t. In October I have to come back to Poland to finish my last year of bachelor #lifeishard.
So I went for this Erasmus. And now I have a job, live in a different city and have the amazing partner who supports me with everything. Would it be quite the opposite if I would stay in Poland? I have no idea, it could be or it could be not. I’m happy for all the choices I have made and hopefully more good ones coming. I just know that I don’t want to stop on this, because I know I can do more and do better when it comes to myself. Life is about challenging yourself and constantly growing. When I look at myself before I came here, I can definitely say I have grown as a person.
So thanks to Norway for all the opportunities you gave me!
A new post shall be one the following week, so stay tuned! Have a great weekend everyone!
