Right now in this part of Norway (East) weather is far crazier than it was last year. The constant change between sun and rain, thunder and clear sky is unbelievable. It’s hard to plan anything outside but I still managed to go to Hamar and for some short walk in Våler.
But no matter what the weather is, it’s always lovely to go outside in Norway. Air is fresh and clear, not polluted, and everything around is green. And oh my, this is my favorite part of the year for one main reason. All the flowers, bushes and trees are blooming with colors and scents.
To come to Mjøsa (lake in Hamar) after all this time is quite bitter-sweet. It has a lot of meaning for me but it’s also sad that I will never probably live there again, to have this amazing 10 minutes-distance to the lake (that one day I literally went in flip-flops to the lake, second day of being in Norway).
I can’t wait for days to be really warm like last year, so I and my partner can swim in the lake again, or just simply sit there the whole afternoon, without the fear of upcoming thunder. It was always lovely, a little picnic by Mjøsa.
I hope you all are having a lovely weekend so far! Enjoy your Sunday afternoon and see you guys on Wednesday!
