Dublin, Ireland [1].

Ireland, (Éire in Irish Gaelic) is a big Island next to the United Kingdom, but it’s not a part of it. It’s important to remember that, because not everyone speaking English is actually from England and Irish people might find that offensive.

Week in Palma de Mallorca [6].

We have finally come to the last part of my trip, thank god. I think six is a good number, and I could make seven of them, but decided to combine the last two days since the traveling back one is neither long nor exciting. For previous parts, look here: [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [Ibiza]. Enjoy!

Week in Palma de Mallorca [2].

Before I will jump into the subject: I have quite a big dilemma. The number of pictures I have and things to tell about what happened is too much so I will make four or five parts of this (haven’t decided yet). The first one and this one is already up, there will be a few more from Mallorca and the last one from Ibiza, where we went during our stay. Maybe in between, I will post some other type of post, I will see.

One hour in Barcelona.

I have done some extremely short traveling, like less than one day in Kristiansand, or less than three days in a foreign country. But to spend one hour in Barcelona was the most minimum I have ever done.

One week in Croatia.

If someone a few months before would say to me that I will go to Croatia, for a week’s vacation, I would just laugh. How that could be even possible? But life is like a box of chocolates and here I got the best one.

The Vigeland Park, Oslo.

I was in Oslo a few times. Firstly, I believe, two or three years ago, a completely spontaneous trip with my friend, sleeping at some couch surfer’s place, trying to explore the whole city in two and a half days. Then another one, when I have been already living in Hamar, for a karaoke night with friends, then for a job interview, for a walk through main streets… but never went to Vigeland before. Now I ask myself, why?

Karlstad, Sweden.

So, around one month ago I went to Sweden, again. Technically just for shopping in Charlottenberg, as previously, but it turned out to be quite a spontaneous trip. And those are always the best ones!

One day in Kristiansand.

A plain city, where every road heads to the North Sea (or just water). Kristiansand wasn’t necessarily a place I had to visit, besides the fact that I knew that’s one of the cities that lies in the most south of South Norway, I didn’t know anything about it. For a small, seaside city, is it worth visiting though? Continue reading “One day in Kristiansand.”

Preikestolen.

When you think about Norway you usually see fjords. High mountains that quite harshly fall into a deep, dark and bendy river that goes miles into the land. Trolltunga and Preikestolen are two places most known for their view on this specific scenery and I was lucky enough to be able to experience Pulpit Rock. Let’s dive into the mysterious beauty of Lysefjorden pearl.

Two days in Stavanger.

A colorful and summery city on the West coast of Norway, the beginning of Norway fjords (from the South direction). The main destination for those interested in the Preikestolen (the Pulpit Rock) hike and Sverd i fjell (Swords in Rock). Long story short: a unique town. I spent more than two days here, but one of the days was almost entirely on the Preikestolen hike, so I didn’t count it.
