A little bit about the region that I live in, Innlandet (it used to be called Hedmark) from my perspective. Also, trying out a new style of writing.
Why Nilsen again, you may ask? Well, I bought myself a Nilsen’s poem collection by Stig Holmås from 1975 and I like quite a lot of those poems. Why wouldn’t I translate them then? Here are the poems Møte and Fedreland from the collection På Stengrunn.
And a couple of recent thoughts.

A poet who lived in the between the wars period, a communist but also a very talented author. Here’s again my translation of one of the Rudolf Nilsen’s poems from “På stengrunn (1925).
Not birthday yet, but 7 months will surely go fast as heck.
I wrote the poem in three languages (or rather, I wrote in one and translated twice). Enjoy!
